B. LANAE’S APROACH TO PRICING
Price transparency is very important to us, and an estimated cost is shown on our booking page to limit any surprises at checkout. That being said, every guest is different, and we want to give you the absolute best hair experience we can. This means that at times, our stylists may change the service you booked for something more tailored to your needs. During your consultation, your stylist will disclose any price difference prior to the beginning of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you reschedule, cancel, or are a "no-show" for your appointment you will be charged 50% of your service price. We are a by-appointment salon spa. Our service providers rely on your timely cancellations in an effort to book our "wait-listed" clients.
DEPOSITS
We require a non-refundable 50% deposit on select services. These deposits will be shown during the booking process if you book online or verbally from one of our front-of-house staff members when you call to book.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Cash, Check, all Major Credit Cards, and Apple Pay.
We do require a credit card to be on file for all appointments.
We do apply a 3% credit card processing fee for all credit card transactions.
TIMELINESS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule you in which case you will be charged the 50% late-cancel fee.
GRATUITY
Tips are truly appreciated but never expected. While you are free to leave a tip on the card, our stylists also accept cash.
